Cornerstone Financial Solutions Advisors and team members have been recognized with honors and designations that exemplify our commitment to deliver a compelling experience to clients, and the forward-thinking we believe makes our team truly outstanding.

When it comes to our standards for excellence, Gordon Wollman, Cornerstone’s Founder & CEO and RJFS Wealth Advisor, is a role model who raises the bar we all aim for. Please join the Cornerstone Financial Team in applauding Gordon for several recent recognitions:

Gordon was once again recognized among this competitive field of top advisors in the March 12, 2018 issue of Barron’s1, a national financial newspaper published by Dow Jones. Out of thousands of nominees, the 1,200 recipients of the award are considered to be in the top 1% of the profession.  Read the award criteria.

The Forbes ranking of Best-in-State Wealth Advisor’s2, developed by SHOOK Research, spotlights top-performing advisors across the country. The ranking is based on an algorithm of qualitative criteria mostly gained through telephone and in-person interviews, and quantitative data. To qualify for consideration advisors must have a minimum of seven years of experience and be nominated, then invited to submit information.  Read the award criteria.

Also known as the FT 400, the advisors on this list represent an elite group at national, independent and regional broker-dealers which represents less than 1% of all financial advisors registered with FINRA in 2017.  Read the award criteria.

Gordon had the following to say about these honors:

“I firmly believe that recognitions like this, and the trust we continue to earn from our clients, are a result of the Cornerstone team’s dedication to making a positive difference for the people we work with and the strength of our processes.”

The rankings are based on data provided by over 4,000 individual advisors and their firms and include qualitative and quantitative criteria. Data points that relate to quality of practice include professionals with a minimum of 7 years financial services experience, acceptable compliance records, client retention reports, charitable and philanthropic work, quality of practice, designations held, offering services beyond investments offered including estates and trusts, and more. Financial Advisors are quantitatively rated based on varying types of revenues produced and assets under management by the financial professional, with weightings associated for each. Investment performance is not an explicit component because not all advisors have audited results and because performance figures often are influenced more by clients' risk tolerance than by an advisor's investment picking abilities. The ranking may not be representative of any one client's experience, is not an endorsement, and is not indicative of advisor's future performance.
